1.03. The sending of reports, notices or documents, as provided for in sections 2.07, 2.08, 2.09, 2.10, 3.02, 4.01 and 4.02, shall be by registered mail, by personal delivery to the addressee, or by bailiff in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
